**Park model rental security deposit Rules:
A $300.00 security deposit is required at time of check-in. Security Deposits will be mailed with 10 days of check out, it is the Canyon Lake RV Resort Policy that we will walk through the unit after checkout and will return via mail provided the unit is clean and nothing is missing or damaged.
*There are no refunds after August 1st. Before August 1st, there will be a $150.00 cancellation processing fee.
There is no transfer of unused rents.
*Pet friendly units will be charged a non-refundable $300.00 deposit.

Short term 3 days, 1 week, 1 month.

Daily (minimum 3-night stay) $75.00 Electric included.
Weekly $475.00 Electric included.
Two weeks $875.00 Electric included.
Monthly: $1,175.00 plus electric
Two months: $1,075.00 per month plus electric
Three months: $975.00 per month plus electric
Four months or more: $875 per month plus electric
