**Park model rental security deposit Rules:
A $300.00 security deposit is required at time of check-in. In the event that you check-out during non-business hours after 4 pm or on weekends, it is the Canyon Lake RV Resort Policy that we will walk through the unit after checkout and will return via mail within 10 days provided the unit is clean and nothing is missing or damaged.
*There are no refunds after September 1st. Before September 1st, there will be a $150.00 cancellation processing fee.
There is no transfer of unused rents.
*Pet friendly units will be charged a non-refundable $300.00 deposit.
