**Park model rental security deposit Rules:
A $300 security deposit is required at the time of check in. A refund will be issued within 10 days of move out. Any outstanding rent, utilities, damages will be deducted from the deposit. Unit is to be clean: dusted, swept, mopped, vacuumed, clean stove, and no damage inside or outside, as it was upon arrival or the security deposit will not be returned.
*There are no refunds after September 1st. Before September 1st, there will be a $150.00 cancellation processing fee.
There is no transfer of unused rents.

*Pet friendly units will be charged a non-refundable $300.00 deposit.
